ACECOOL 5679

ACECOOL 5679 is a synthetic grinding coolant specifically developed for single and double edge grinders, saws and drills, where the following product characteristics are important:

Low foaming is particularly important with grinders equipped with turbo separators where high volumes of air is introduced into the grinding fluid.
Production output is enhanced with ACECOOL 5679 as it keeps the wear on diamond tools to a minimum while slowing down the settling of the fine grinding particles in the supply pipes.
The settled grinding slurry remains in a loose state at the bottom of the tank, resulting in easier and quicker cleaning operation.
COD level is extremely low with ACECOOL 5679 approximately 300 mg02 with a 1% mix ratio.
The PH level is kept at a soft range with ACECOOL 5679, at 9.3 - 9.5 with a 1% mix ratio.
ACECOOL 5679 is completely free of heavy metals, chlorine, and nitrates.

ACECOOL 6284 N

ACECOOL 6284 N, a fully synthetic coolant, is a top performer in beveling operations.

ACECOOL 6284 N is completely free of oils, nitrate, heavy metals, and chlorine.

ACECOOL 6284 N is low foaming and guarantees maximum cooling of grinding tooling at continuous top operating speeds. Water PH level is kept soft at 8.5 - 9.0 with a 1% mix ratio.

ACECOOL 6511N
ACECOOL 6511N, a fully synthetic coolant is recommended for glass shops who operate grinding equipment typically slower in through put speed than high performance CNC grinders.
ACW coolants are totally free of any oils, nitrate, heavy metals and chlorine.
