ACEDET 5509 is a neutral, non-aggressive, almost foam free washing concentrate with a superb cleaning efficiency, developed for commercial glass washing. ACEDET 5509 does not promote corrosion in washing machine plumbing circuitry. ACEDET 5509 is particularly suitable for IG manufacturers because it does not infringe upon the adhesion on any known sealant if properly applied. The cleaning efficiency of ACEDET 5509 is not impaired with a too low water PH level and it does not at all affect water PH level. ACEDET 5509
renders itself very well for
washing soft coated LOW-E glass. ACEDET 5509 is equally appreciated with
laminated glass manufacturers because it does not increase or
enhance conductivity of the product like some washing compounds do.
The capacity of ion exchange resins is not affected with this
product. Recommended use concentration: Application concentration: 1/3 - 1/2 ounce/gal Application temperature: 120°F - 140°F
ACEDET 6480 ACEDET 6480 is a specific developed washing detergent for cleaning flat glass prior to further processing such as scrubbing prior to coating, screen printing, and laminating. ACEDET 6480 effectively removes water soluble contaminants from the glass surface in such a way that onward processing is favorably affected. Recommended use concentration: Application concentration: 1/2 - 1 ounce/gal Application temperature: 120°F to 140°F
